Cleaning

Use hot water and a small amount of soap to cleanse the board.

Make sure to wet both sides of the board and allow to dry evenly.

Do not put in a Dishwasher.
Upkeep
-
Condition the board when it gets dry with food safe product such as mineral oil or beeswax.

Do not leave naturally finished products in direct Sunlight to avoid warping.
-
Exotic woods with natural color should not be stored in direct sun light.
